Maybe the Car or Your Virtual World/Interior is different

I guess he tried to add vehicles in a GF mode .

The vehicles are invisable if they are in the false interior - nothing more

You cant see them and you cant touch / enter them if they arent in the same VW
But if only the interior false you cant see them but you can touch / enter them

Use GetPlayerVirtualWorld and SetVehicleVirtualWorld
or
GetPlayerInterior and LinkVehicleToInterior
