Rcon mean "Remote Console" and allow you connect to a server console and send command to it, from any pc.

It's coded in SA-MP and u can log into it on SA-MP browser or in-game. (IN GAME: /rcon login [password u put into server.cfg after rcon_password] ) (REMOTE CONSOLE: Simple login,just click the little black bar on the browser toolbar. '' [>_] '' shaped. )
