player constant stops, why? - Barrio - 04.02.2009

hello, i have a quick question.. does anyone have the problem that when ur shooting on sa-mp it gets stuck while runing . i mean like if u run then after a couple of seconds the server stops u and then lets u go , its weird. and alos when u shoot sometimes u can see the health going down but then comes back up ? any one knows why?

The player you are shooting may have God mode

no its not just one player its me too, this is weird, could it be the anti cheat?
