What? No idea.
Why? Because I would find it fun to play myself, and maybe because I have good ideas about how to create a gamemode for that specific genre.

I'd go for something unique.
I have my own server image in mind. I also avoid making too many enemies.

I think, SAMP is "dead". See the serverlist, we have enough servers. Only russian Players have big Servers
I dont want starting a server, no users will comming or going quick away.
