IsValidMenu(Menu:menu) - Antironix - 04.02.2009

What is the function IsValidMenu actually doing? Will it return true if it has founded a menu that is open at a user or will it return 1 if the menu has been created?

I can't test my questions again otherwhise I won't ask them.
