BUG - maksicnm - 05.11.2017

Wellp, one guy (i know him)recorded on my server, he downlaoded default models from problem without problem, but when other people try to join they stuck at example 70%
Its not always same percent when they rejoin..

I can join nicely (i use batman skin and its working)
