Added latest streamer include and plugin 2.9.2.
[sampgdk:warning] Index mismatch for OnIncomingConnection (-10009 != -10007)

and got this error, how can i fix this?

Try downloading THIS streamer.dll, and compile your gamemode again, see if the warning persists.
