Ram not enough , Your code loading too heavy for processing or bug , Network communication , DLL problems

No enough ram, Heavy timers, Infinity loop (cause sometimes a server freeze).

No i mean when you visit ls-rp or gt-mp.cz there is always a little bit freeze lag when driving with car or running.
