When I rep+ someone, it does not increase his rep. What's up with this?

I think you need more than 50 posts to add into someone's rep.

There is, as once you hit the 50, you end up with the rep still being counted.

I once got a rep from someone who has 60+ posts, but had 0 reputations. And it wasn't counted.

Exactly, if you are there at Scripting Help section, most of your reps are not counted.

I repped Debjit but it didn't increase to 26

I think reps will count if you have 1 rep at least and +50 posts, although im not sure. As i said i was repped by a 60+ account and the rep wasn't counted.

I am sure the reputation will count if a higher rank member will rep the same guy. Example: I reped someone with 170 reps and then all his reputation went from 170 to 190 (so i believe according to the reputations which are yellow / purple are available.)
