DDOS - ganglion - 08.10.2017

Okay so I think my samp server is getting DDOS'ed since last one day. Is it possible to check whether it is really getting ddos'ed or not? And if yea, how to stop it?

If the packetloss is high the server is being ddos'd most likely.
Order a VPS from OVH problem solved.
