Italics in SetObjectMaterialText - IllidanS4 - 30.09.2017
How does one specify the italic style for the font specified in SetObjectMaterialText? You can append the system italic font specifier, but that is localized, as far as I have seen.

You can try insert in "fontface" parameter - "Arial Italic"
