When I used the command ./samp03svr & server I was active, but I want to find out [1] 4052?

I bet the server is not running because you lazy f#cker forgot to change the rcon password from 'changeme'. xD

My server is still running normally, I want to ask is what [1] 4052 it is what it informs

"4052" is the process ID of your SA:MP server instance
