Alright so.
I have started the AdminPlugin on my computer (Windows) and I do not have any issue at all. Now you'll enter debugging zone. Be ready to spend up to few hours solving startup problem. Your current host (Ultra-h) is well known for startup/executing server.
Try running the game mode on your PC. By the way I see you're using mySQL database so you will need a server for it. I personally use XAMMP. You can take look at my tutorial how to change password (if it doesn't accept blank one)
