So basically, this revamp of Las Venturas is for a survival instinct game mode I'm working on for fun, and I would love to see constructive feedback on what I can do better and so on. So yeah, go on.

You should add some broken trees, some objects around, walls or anything.. You have just rotated the objects and let them down. Add some scenery around to improve it. I like your effort.
