How to keep the gun with 2 rounds, then it will not hold that gun anymore

For example, when the player has two guns, a 9mm tree and an MP5, when the MP5 has 10 rounds.
9mm has a bullet
The player can only hold the MP5, and when the player switches to a 9mm gun, he will not be able to hold the gun. (SetPlayerArmedWeapon).
