Simple question..
I'm asking as, after writing this post: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.ph...28#post3929428
I realized that there's no communities like that left, other than straight on copy cats from NGGRP and so on..
I'm thinking of creating a roleplay server for anyone willing to learn how to roleplay, no matter how horrible their English is, no matter how good or bad they are at roleplay, everyone starts from the bottom, we all know that.

Probably light-roleplay, heavy doesn't get anywhere anymore.

"A roleplay server for any kind of roleplay "level" without strict English grammar", reasons:
1. Most of SA:MP players are now either Russian or Spanish, therefore you'd never find players with decent English knowledge but few, which will result in having an empty server.
2. People who don't have decent English knowledge will never have a high level in role-playing since most of things depend on your English to understand the actions of others and so.

yea P: LA used to be great when it was P: LA, now its terrible,
I suggest strict enforcement of rules with a medium-RP experience.
