Error on my server, crash - XeroTM - 15.09.2017

Good morning / afternoon / evening my gamemode after a while collapses and the crashdetect plugin detects these problems on the server, I have already tried everything, updating the plugins, including updating the YSI, changing the .pwn / .amx of the gamemode to the previous one when this error did not happen, this is the error:
