Problema con mi servidor, se cierra - XeroTM - 15.09.2017

Buenos dнas/tardes/noches, mi gamemode luego de un tiempo crashea y el plugin crashdetect detecta estos problemas en el servidor, ya he intentado todo, actualizando los plugins, includes, actualizando el YSI, cambie el .pwn/.amx de la gamemode al anterior cuando йste error no sucedia, este es el error:
