Help V-Admin - gunit_j - 02.02.2009

I Have A Problem in V-Admin Mode when i connect in server and i /register with my pass and then reconnect again its say "your account dosen't exsist please /register "
How i can Fix this please

Warning : I Download it again and its the same problem
