hello all when i start the server in my host Ultra-h Give an error

but in windows server pc all working , how to fix?

Install the crash detect plugin and post what you get from that.

Depends in what context. I know about IRC and how it works. Never used it with SA:MP before though. I'm sure it's fairly simple though.

because sometimes the irc takes to connect to the network, or rather, it takes to run the irc, and also, because sometimes the irc fails, osea does not work any command of the game and you do not see the server chat and sometimes a bot is removed from the channel, that sometimes happens on my server
