You opened your script, accidentally removed every line and saved it. And no, don't stop scripting -_- what is that question? It also happened to me(like 2-3 times).

no i didnt save empty one. i just opened my script and there was 1 line. it was empty. can i recover it somehow or what
i mean i got a solution but idk if it works

This is why you make backups. Git is also a great way to go back to previous versions if you fuck something up. Although it has a learning curve.
