hey, I was wondering if it was possible to make a server sided sync or like a server sided skinhit because sa-mp's sync is really bad. How can I?

First of all, I'm not quite convinced you understand what you're asking for. Secondly, I'd recommend using a repeating timer with a short delay (say, 30 to 300ms depending on what you do), this might achieve the result you're looking for.
