Support Ticket Help - ImTobi - 13.08.2017

I once made a Support Ticket System, but it bugged sooo much. When i wrote, i had the name of the other player.

Can someone help me? I don't have the Code anymore, because i gave it up.

To help you, we'd ideally need the code. You can try making a new system and if you still have issues, post them and I'll do my best to help you.

The Bug is: I can send a message to the other player with /sup and he gets the Message, and it shpws it to me, but when he writes the message, i don't see it
