Buy a VPS, install OGP on it, create a sa-mp server inside it, and upload server files inside it. And start it.

As a bigger u can use ultra-h to host a free samp server 24/7 but u need to login there in your account everyday so you don't loose your server. After this u can try vps or paid servers.

If you want a host, ultra-h seems reliable.
