Help using SAMP-Plus - GunZ75 - 06.08.2017

Hey guys,
So i am developping a roleplay gamemode and i wanted to add more into it, besides the SA-MP native functions. So i wanted to for example edit a vehicle's max speed, center of mass, handling acceleration etc. I know it is possible in MTA, but in sa-mp i couldn't do it. However i recently found about SAMP-Plus and i wanted to know if it is possible to use it to do that.
