It is green just lower the alpha values to decrease the visibility like this.

There are over 16 million colors and you want this exact green ... because some other server is using it? What have we come to?

Step one: Cut the image in paint untill you have only the color you need left.
Step two: Save the image and upload it to a HTML image colorpicker site.
Step three: Click on the middle of the image to get the best result.
Step four: Copy the HTML code and replace the # with 0x.
Step five: As last, just place AA behind your code.
Enjoy there is the exact code you need.
^ 8 by 2 pixels, but its exact the color of the text above their heads.
