How to install mysql on the VPS?
I mean how to install MySQL libmysqlclient15 and 16
Because I need to use the old MySQL version.

Do you already have MySQL installed? Try using mysql_static.so (or whatever extension your VPS uses).

You don't need to use anything. You can opt to update your script to the latest version. Also you're not even mentioning what distribution you're using. If it's CentOS then I'm out. Use Debian.
