Hello everyone!
I open "samp-server" and everything works fine, but when I want to open MY SERVER has no connection and the others if, does anyone know why only mine and the others if it works?

Your IP : Port as server address. Additionally check how to port forward there are plenty of tutorials!

But the strange thing that yesterday before turning off my pc worked, today I enter my pc again and it does not work

PROBLEM SOLVED, but how could it be that my ip yesterday ended in ... 0.1.4 and today change to ... 0.9?

Easy way: use this 127.0.0.1
ort as your server IP while on local host, so that you won't have to worry or change the IP in case your IP changes.
