Looking for Russian translator & management. - Roel - 16.07.2017

Hello,

I'm looking for a guy who speaks well English and can provide me Russian translations and may managing my server.
I have a complete RP script from scratch which is not used.
One of the main reasons is because there are not many English players left.
So instead of wasting a year work of scripting with 2/3 guys.
I rather let the gamemode be useful for another group of people.
