So i found this and read it "Make a subdomain in cPanel, that acts as server IP"

Now i want to know if you can do this with freenom.com hosting. and if yes can some one explain it step by step

So you mean samp.yourwebsite.com: port as IP address?

Go to Cpanel and add A Record.
