I've seen in RP server, heavy weapons like m4, ak-47, sniper would be held in one hand and in TDM in two hands, I forgot, I wish you could help me with this. in rp we can run while holding heavy weapons.

It's either UsePlayerPedAnims or SetPlayerSkillLevel.
