I suggest you buy xenforo as forum software its about $140 and please dont use a nulled forum software it makes you look really bad. if u need a free forum software i recommend smf

I am not trying to be a dick, but you seriously do expect someone from SA-MP (no offense) to pay $120 for a forum software? Most of the people here either don't want to or can't pay for a server that costs roughly $3-5 monthly, so I doubt he's asking for a paid forum software.

Use MyBB, phpBB3, or SMF. They're all free. I suggest phpBB as it's the most noob-friendly.
