Editing the nametag (?) - lukasion1 - 18.06.2017

Well I know there is a way to edit nametag of a player.
It can be seen in this videos (ls-rp server). Look at the red label above nametag.

Or somehow they managed to create their own 3d text label and attach health/armor bars.
I'd like to know how it is made, becouse whenever I try to attach 3d text to the player and "try" to set "Z" position in the right place - positions changes while I walk few steps away from the player. It isn't attached to nametag, so sometimes it overflows the name, it realy looks bad.

I'd like to know what's the way to make it look like on LSRP.

You can use SetPlayerChatBubble to set a description or whatever you want.

They use 3d text label and then attach it to players.
