Does anyone have that user control panel from thread title?
i have server with .ini files and need to use them to login and show stats on User Control panel?

First of all, this is the wrong section to be posting requests (or asking how to make one). Secondly, you should avoid using file systems for storing player data. If you can't, you could utilize FTP to read the files remotely and also make changes to them. Otherwise, it's pretty much the same logic.
