Problem with skin - Manca - 15.06.2017

I download TDE and before downloading skin was skin id 35 . After downloading skin id is 0 (CJ) . When I connect to server with RCON PASS skin is 35 but without rcon pass is 0. Please help me to fix it.

Code isn't problem before download TDE code is working (skin was 35) but now code isn't working (skin is 0).When I connect to localhost with RCON password skin working but without RCON isn't working.
