But after i running it its says 0.3de version how to change it to 0.3.7?

Just Click me to download SA:MP Windows Server, then extract it and copy samp-server.exe and announce.exe and samp-npc.exe to the folder which iPLEOMAx's Editor is, and paste them there and replace the old by the new.
Then Start the server and you're done!
