I mean if you jump no - health Like the IRL

I think he wants to disable/revamp damage taken from falling (anti-fall damage).

You can use; https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/OnPlayerTakeDamage for that I guess.

You can take a look at https://github.com/oscar-broman/samp-weapon-config and then use SetCustomFallDamage
