Can I convert my ip 1.4453.45:7777 to server.name:7777 server is in local host

The term "localhost" is not a synonym for "my computer". If you tell a script on a remote server to connect to a service on "localhost" then it will connect to a service running on that same remote computer. It will not connect to "your computer".

Buy a domain (about Ђ 10/year). Then add a DNS record.
