Lock outside the server RED GTAVL is 148/400 members
But lock inside this server is
At the same time
Ouside : 148/400
Inside : 81/400
(( NOT LAG ))
Have any scripts support this?

Out of topic: Windows XP? Really? that's how old-school people are.
About the topic: I'm pretty sure it's related to the internet speed. If not, try re-installing SA-MP
