I am not able to Port Forward, so is there any way to host my server online without port forwarding ?!

There's no way to host locally without port forwarding, you could try contacting your ISP if your having issues doing it. Otherwise, you could either buy a cheap VPS (which is better anyway, for several reasons) or ask a friend of yours to host for you who's able to port forward.
