Hello,

I saw there was a bug OnVehicleSirenStateChange : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=571331
And I see its fixed in : SA-MP 0.3.7 RC4-2 Optional server update.

But, when im trying to download samp 3.7, its only 3.7-R2, then how find it ?

0.3.7 is the latest client, and R2-1 is the latest server version.

The RC versions were test versions before 0.3.7 were released.

Why do you need a RC Version?
I'm sure Kalcor have fixed the bugs on 0.3.7-R2
