Try this https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=503008 or write a simple Include for yourself, this saves you all the hassle of copy pasting stuff around. You can directly load everything from the .map file and with FileManager, you can grab the .map files from your MTA directory without even moving a file.
