Cutscene dialog sounds? - CONTROLA - 15.05.2017

Hello, is there any way I could play the sounds of the dialogues from the cutscene? For example, from this mission, is there any way I could play the voice clip of CJ's monologue from the beginning of the cutscene?

All sounds you can use can be found here. Just type in the subtitles and you'll find it. However, for some reason not all dialog sounds are accessible with PlayerPlaySound.
