Determining if a Player is Desync -

Is there any possible way to detect if player is desync like for example Server Client updates won't sync into the Player Client? I have seen Logic's post from someones thread and it states on his post that NetStats_PacketLossPercent can be used to determine if player is desync? Is that true?

Yes, it can be somewhat used, but for accurate and precise detection of packetloss, you can use YSF.

Let me check it out. Do you have any idea if it is possible to desync yourself on your local server? xD
