Credits go toward Jekson for Criminal Russia MP Construction version.

Also credits toward JernejL for the original program.

I'll probably do some more work around it, still has a few bugs with it, but it'll be fixed in a matter of time.

EDIT: LCS need run SA-MP Map Editor but LCS's Model is bugged.

What's the point of this? You can't add / remove objects from SP.
