[BUG] OnVehicleSirenStateChange(playerid, vehicleid, newstate) -

When the vehicle alarm is turned On the
OnVehicleSirenStateChange(playerid, vehicleid, newstate) is called with
newstate and after the alarm is turned Off the vehicle horn is enable in loop until exit the vehicle.

The horn is as if I had pressed H and never released. A single infinite sound, until I get out of the car.
