RP Servers And Cooldowns -

What do you think about cooldowns for the official jobs in role-play servers? Working on something right now and I'm interested in outer community feedback for my server.
When it comes to roleplay servers, do you prefer like a system where you do the job 1-2 times an hour then you can't do it for the rest of the time or do you prefer something like where you do it 1-2 times for the full price then any additional times you do the job it's less pay or are you just simply one of those people that will grind until you get as much money as you can?

If your server is roleplay focused, make the jobs just an optional thing. Good payment + large cooldown so people can focus on the roleplay and don't feel forced to farm.
1h/2h cooldown

Last time I played on a RP server was back in 2008. And, option 2.

I feel that if you make your jobs fun enough, you will not need cooldowns or make less pay. It'll get them more hours on the server, and increase the chances of getting their friends to play as well.

I would make it vary, don't make the same payment each time you do a job.
