Hey guys!

First, sorry for my bad english.

I'm searching a simply roleplay gamemode.
Few jobs and factions (groups), houses, business and cars. Just that.

I didn't saw a gamemode like what i'm searching, on gamemodes category.

I'm wanting to have MySQL (version isn't important) and ZCMD.

I'm not newbie in PAWN language. I'm searching a good base. I don't have so much time to make a gamemode from scratch.
