fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "geoip" - axellech - 17.04.2017

Alguйm me ajuda com isso, e, antes que alguns falem "Fale geoip.inc" na pasta /pawno/includes ... nгo, essa include jб estб la ainda e me da esse erro, alguйm sabe porque?

verifique se ela esta em .inc ou .txt

Verifique se esta usando o mesmo compilador de onde esta esta include.
