So I was searching for a CNR gamemode and this came out..

California CNR. I downloaded, read the tutorial on how to install, add the files to my data base, i did everything and its not working. Help please?

Host should be 127.0.0.1, Not 172.0.0.1

My picture is old, I changed it to 127.0.0.1 afterwards

Define "not working". Many people are so vague when describing a problem. What's in the logs?
Also no idea why you blacked out the engine type and the collation in your screenshots because there is no personal information there. Same goes for process ids and port numbers.
